Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
-24+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
-Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
-Less than 4 hours' notice: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
NO-SHOW POLICY
-Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
-Multiple no-shows may require prepayment or result in refusal of future bookings.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
-Please arrive no more than 5 min early
-Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service.
-Full service charges may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed.
